O principal nervo da região anterior da coxa é o nervo femoral. Ele se origina do plexo lombar e se estende até o joelho, fornecendo inervação motora para os músculos ao longo de seu trajeto. O segundo nervo mais importante é o nervo safeno. Ele é o maior ramo do nervo femoral e corre na porção medial do membro, fornecendo inervação sensitiva para o joelho, perna e pé.
