Shipping policy

This policy explains how we deliver orders from store.kenhub.com.

All products are digital

Every product on store.kenhub.com is digital: you purchase a license to download anatomy illustrations, and nothing is shipped physically. No shipping or handling fees are added to any order.

Delivery

Your order confirmation email contains the link to download your licensed files. We send it to the email address you enter at checkout, shortly after your order is placed.

If you do not see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is still missing, contact us at contact@kenhub.com and we will get your files to you.

Problems with a download

If a download link does not work or a file is damaged and will not open, contact us at contact@kenhub.com with your order number. We will resend the files or otherwise make sure you can access them.

Refunds, including your statutory right of withdrawal, are covered in our Return and refund policy.
