Main joints - anterior (Latin)

In the upper limb, the most proximal joint is the articulatio glenohumeralis, formed between the humerus and scapula. Next is the articulatio cubiti, that connects the humerus to the radius and ulna. The articulatio radiocarpea features the articulation of the radius to the ossa carpi. Within the hand, the articulationes carpometacarpae connect the ossa carpi to the ossa metacarpi, while the articulationes metacarpophalangeae connect the ossa metacarpi to the phalanges manus.
