Main nerves of the lower limb - posterior (Portuguese)

O principal nervo que se origina do plexo sacral é o nervo ciático. Ele é o nervo mais longo do nosso corpo e inerva toda a pele da perna e os músculos da região posterior da coxa, perna e pé. Na sua extremidade terminal, o nervo ciático se divide no nervo tibial e no nervo fibular comum, que vão suprir os compartimentos posterior e anterolateral da perna, respectivamente.
