O anel tendíneo comum de Zinn é um tecido fibroso que marca o ponto de origem comum dos quatro músculos retos. Ele circunda a porção inferolateral da fissura orbital superior e dá passagem às seguintes estruturas: ramo superior do nervo oculomotor (NC III), nervo nasociliar, nervo abducente (VI) e ramo inferior do nervo oculomotor (NC III).
