Lymphatics of the stomach and liver (English)

The right and left gastric nodes follow the arteries of the same name along the lesser curvature of the stomach while the right and left gastroomental nodes follow their homonymous arteries on the greater curvature of the stomach. Lymph drained from these nodes is largely received by the celiac nodes which in turn drain into the cisterna chyli via the left lumbar nodes (paraaortic nodes) or intestinal lymphatic trunk.
